The motto "If we can imagine it, we can do it" has become a cornerstone in the design of the models of the Swiss company RADO.

The first collection left the gates of the company in the 1950s. Since its inception, the company has focused on producing models from prestigious and durable ceramics, high-tech ceramics. Engineers were constantly engaged in ways to improve ceramics, preserve its main hardness, but develop a similar resistance to that of steel. The result of this truly demanding process was HARDMETAL. The next stage of development was Plasma High-Tech Ceramics, which when heated to 20,000°C it transformed its color from white to a shade of polished steel, without the need to add as much metal as possible.
