In Hungary it’s officially called Bálint Day, but for most people, it’s Valentine’s Day. Regardless of the name, February 14 has become the day dedicated to lovers — a time to express our romantic feelings toward our chosen one and to strengthen the sense of togetherness. To make this celebration easier, we’ve curated a selection of watches that embody the colors of love and eternity.
THE COLOR OF LOVE — FOR HER
- LA GRANDE CLASSIQUE DE LONGINES
L4.523.0.91.2

Introduced in 1992, the La Grande Classique de Longines collection has played a major role in enhancing the Swiss watchmaker’s reputation. It is a timeless synonym for elegance and refinement.

This model features a 29 mm stainless steel case with a deep red lacquered dial and polished silver-colored hands. The bezel is adorned with 44 genuine Top Wesselton IF-VVS clarity diamonds.
2. LONGINES EVIDENZA

Rapid changes were taking place around the world a hundred years ago, in the 1920s. Fashion and the arts abandoned the rigid rules of the past, giving rise to new perspectives and styles. The Evidenza models were inspired by this era, with their distinctive tonneau-shaped cases tracing their origins back to a 1911 Longines design.

The instantly recognizable case is protected on the dial side by a sapphire crystal with multiple layers of anti-reflective coating. The red dial features printed Roman numerals, while pink-toned hands indicate the time. It is paired with an alligator leather strap matching the dial’s color.
3. LONGINES PRIMALUNA
L8.115.4.92.6

A silver-shining moon on a spring night; a star that brightly rises and then falls — both appear on the PrimaLuna dial. The entire scene is gently framed by the polished case with its soft lines, whose shape was inspired by the full moon.

The burgundy dial features Roman numerals, along with indicators for the date and moon phase.
ETERNITY FOR HIM
- THE LONGINES ELEGANT COLLECTION
L4.787.8.12.4

From its very beginnings, Longines has focused on elegance. This commitment is reflected not only in its products but also in its famous slogan: “Elegance is an attitude.” It’s no surprise, then, that the recently launched Longines Elegant Collection includes only models that perfectly embody the classic design and refined lines characteristic of Longines timepieces.

The 37 mm case is crafted from 18-carat rose gold, an alloy of gold, silver, and copper. Beneath the matte white dial beats the L888 automatic movement, offering a power reserve of 72 hours. Thanks to the sapphire crystal case back, the beautifully decorated movement — featuring Geneva stripes and perlage finishing — can be admired in full.
2. RECORD
L2.820.8.92.2

The Record collection embodies the purest watchmaking traditions of Longines. Each model houses a mechanical movement fitted with a silicon balance spring for long-term precision and durability, and is accompanied by a COSC chronometer certification, granted by an independent Swiss institute.

The sunray-brushed blue dial creates a striking contrast with the 18-carat gold case. The applied indices and hands match the tone of the case perfectly, enhancing the overall harmony of the design. Through the sapphire crystal case back, the movement can also be admired in action in this model.
3. THE LONGINES MASTER COLLECTION 190TH ANNIVERSARY
L2.793.8.73.2

To celebrate its 190th anniversary, the renowned Swiss brand introduced the exclusive series of Longines Master Collection timepieces, distinguished by their meticulous craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail. Emphasizing their exclusivity, the gold editions are produced in a limited, individually numbered run of just 190 pieces.
