To mark the prestigious Grand Prix de Monaco Historique 2021, TAG Heuer is unveiling an exclusive limited edition of its iconic chronograph: the TAG Heuer Monaco Green Dial Calibre Heuer 02 watch, in a new, elegant green color.

La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland – April 23, 2021:& nbsp;TAG Heuer is expanding the TAG Heuer Monaco collection with a new limited edition watch, the TAG Heuer Monaco Green Dial, which will be the official sponsor of this year's Grand Prix de Monaco Historique. This limited edition of 500 pieces will captivate enthusiasts with its unique deep green color and rare, modern interpretation of the maverick design.

GRAND PRIX DE MONACO HISTORIQUE

The TAG Heuer Monaco Green Dial was launched ahead of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, of which TAG Heuer is the official sponsor and timekeeper. TAG Heuer is also the official timekeeper of the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix and an official partner of the Monaco Top Cars Collection museum, reinforcing the long-standing relationship between TAG Heuer and motorsport events in the Principality.

The biennial Grand Prix de Monaco Historique weekend is one of the most important events in the world of classic car racing, where a community of passionate owners, drivers, and spectators enjoy the spectacle of the historic Grand Prix and the atmosphere of the legendary circuit.

More than 200 Grand Prix cars represent 50 different car manufacturers and 21 countries. Selected for their historical value and authenticity, they compete in seven series from the period between the 1930s and the 1970s.

To celebrate the 2021 edition of this legendary race, TAG Heuer presents the remarkable TAG Heuer Monaco Green Dial limited edition watch.

TAG HEUER MONACO GREEN DIAL

The TAG Heuer Monaco Green Dial limited edition watch is available in an emerald green color popular among watch collectors and enthusiasts.

This unprecedented dial color gives the iconic model a fresh look and highlights the unmistakable design features of the iconic square steel watch. The dial, which is light green in the center and dark green at the edges, evokes a sense of speed. The green color also recalls the famous covered section of the Monaco Grand Prix circuit.

The sunray-brushed dial contrasts subtly with the two black subdials and the rhodium-plated indexes and hands coated with white Super-LumiNova®.

With thoughtful consistency, the markings on the in-house movement are also green, clearly visible through the sapphire crystal case back.

Distinctive and timeless. The watch is available with a black alligator leather strap and is powered by the sophisticated Calibre Heuer 02 movement, which boasts an impressive 80-hour power reserve.
